Elana Millman is certified by the Reflexology Association of Canada and was trained by accomplished RAC teacher, Diane Gordon. Elana received her Level I in Reiki in Dharmasala, India and Level II in Reiki in Toronto.

Elana has used alternative therapies for her entire life. At age 9, she started collecting therapeutic crystals and using energy for protection and power. At age 18, Elana started amassing aromatherapy oils and combining unique oil blends to improve quality of life; often selling them to friends or giving blends as gifts. At age 20, she started using her innate wisdom to give hand and foot massages. After traveling extensively throughout the world, and receiving a variety of healing touch from different sources, Elana decided to pursue her life passion of helping people heal themselves. It continues to be an exciting and valuable journey.

She is currently in training to complete Aromatherapy and Colour Therapy Certifications to provide a full and enriched service.
